Fill in persona form with all required fields

Role: Primary role/title (dropdown)

Location: Geographic location (text input)
Occupation: Job title or role (text input)

Goals: What persona wants to achieve (multi-line text)

Technology Usage: Tech comfort and preferences (checkbox list)
